Boxed Vivitar 550FD C/R Auto Thyristor Flash. Dedicated for Canon and Ricoh SLRs.

Fantastic and powerful flash in great condition. Great to use in dim light or as a fill in flash especially for portraiture. With added tilt it makes for a great deal of lighting control. These charge quick and the adjustable bounce head make the perfect lighting easily achievable. Although powerful these are still relatively compact so this will easily fit in your kit bag. As with all vintage stock there are some cosmetic marks but we try to show these in the images.

dedicated flash that supports TTL. It's closely related to the Vivitar 2800-D family of flashes - the body is almost identical, but it has an additional TTL mode. The Vivitar 28FD Auto-Dedicated is the same as the 550FD.

We check our cameras and use a laser shutters speed tester to check accuracy, light seals and mirror cushions are replaced. the camera is checked for light leaks and lubricated and adjusted prior to shipping on older cameras this may take a day or two but we will keep you updated
